Wow. What a week! White washing is definitely not an easy thing to do. Elder Holt and I have been working our butts off in 100 degree weather to know the people and the streets and everything. Linares is district not a stake so there are 2 branches here but each one has about 120 people so not too small. The members are a huge help! There is a recent convert named Nicolas who has been going out with us and helping us get around and know different places. He is 13 years old and he loves doing missionary work. Everyone needs to be like him! Also the branch mission leader has gone out with us a lot to help us know people. We have quite few investigators right now but we only know 1 one them. Her name is Yaritza and she's 16 and she's awesome! Her sister and mom got baptized recently but she wants to take her time with the decision to get baptized. This week she is going to PFJ which is like EFY so we are pretty sure that shell be ready after that haha.
I still feel pretty lost here, not really direction wise but just with all the new people and it`s pretty hard. The branch here has really strong leaders and everyone has been doing so much to help us out.
Today was a pretty crappy p day because we had to travel allll the way back to Conce to go to the PDI there and tell them to send my info to Linares so I could continue to sign there. After waiting in line for 2 hours we finally got them to send the stuff but we then had to immediately take the bus back to Linares. We left Linares in the morning at 6.45 and we got back here at 5:30 haha there went our whole p day haha. But that's alright. Next week we are going to try to get this one family to take us to the mountains! Should be sick! I hope everyone is doing well and that you all have a great week!
